Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. If your return is due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.

Best pillow for hot sleepers

I'm a side sleeper and usually wake up feeling sweaty, but this pillow kept me dry all night. The air holes really work, and the latex feels super comfy, not too soft, not too firm. The high-low side is surprisingly helpful. I wish I had found this sooner.

Great support and super comfy pillowcase

Cooling without discomfort

This is my first latex pillow and I'm impressed. It feels fresh on the skin but doesn't give that sharp cold like gel. The vented holes really make a difference. Even during a hot flush, I didn't feel sweaty. Love the flexible shape too, I let my husband try it once and now he wants one.

Smart design and super breathable

What I love is how thoughtful the shape is—one side is higher and one is lower, so I can switch depending on how my neck feels that day. And the ventilation holes actually work. My head doesn't feel hot or sticky anymore, even on warmer nights. Much better than those gel ones that feel wet or icy.

Better than gel!

I've tried a few gel cooling pillows before, and they always start out too cold and give me a slight headache. This one's different—it stays cool but never too cold.
