1 · Pre-Order Shipping
We currently accept pre-orders for our exclusive range of Thai latex pillows.

- Dispatch timeframe: 30–35 days after purchase
- Cost: FREE
- Notes: Enjoy 10% off all pre-order purchases
Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, international freight, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-order delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund unless the delay exceeds 90 days from the original estimated dispatch date.
2 · General Shipping (In-Stock Orders)
Once products are in stock and ready to ship, our standard rates apply:
Domestic Rates

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) on business days are dispatched on the same day from our Melbourne warehouse
- Metro Areas (Orders $99+): FREE Orders $99 AUD and over shipping to eligible metro postcodes will receive free standard shipping.
- Metro Areas (Orders under $99): $9.90 A flat rate of $9.90 applies to all orders under $99 shipping to metro postcodes.

All Orders: $14.99 A flat rate of $14.99 applies for express shipping on all eligible orders.
Express shipping available for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and ACT only. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on your location.
3 · Regional Shipping (SA, NT, WA, TAS)
- Standard Shipping (3–10 business days): $23.50
4 · Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- For pre-orders, the dispatch timeline begins after stock arrives at our Australian warehouse.
- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Thai Latex Pillow reserves the right to ship items separately if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock products.
5 · Delivery & Responsibility
- Because we ship from Victoria, our Melbourne and East Coast customers enjoy super fast delivery times.
- Deliveries are made through trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and Fastway.
- Delivery is considered complete once the carrier records the item as “delivered.”
- If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected, or the courier leaves the parcel in a safe place, Thai Latex Pillow is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, unattended deliveries, or refusal to accept the parcel.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
6 · Delays, Damage, or Lost Parcels
We work with reliable couriers, but external factors may occasionally cause delays (e.g., weather, high demand, customs inspections, or carrier backlog).
- Delayed shipments do not constitute grounds for order cancellation.
- For damage or loss, notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
- To investigate a lost parcel, you must provide the carrier’s investigation reference number (case ID) before a replacement or refund can be issued.
- Once an investigation confirms delivery to the correct address, Thai Latex Pillow cannot be held responsible for missing items.
7 · PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post only. Please ensure these addresses are valid, accessible, and regularly monitored.
8 · Shipping Disclaimer
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the carrier.
- Thai Latex Pillow is not liable for late deliveries, courier delays, or any consequential loss due to shipping issues.
- Once a parcel has been shipped, we cannot change or reroute the address.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms listed in this policy.
