Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Thai latex pillow. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below before submitting a request.

1. Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

All pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed. This is because we order stock based on committed quantities and pricing. Please ensure you review the product information and estimated delivery time (30–35 days) before placing a pre-order.

2. Returns (In-Stock Orders Only)

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible in-stock products. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used pillows are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error or product defect.

• Pre-order items (unless defective)
• Opened or used pillows
• Gift cards
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery
