You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. If your return is due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date your returned package is handed over to the shipping carrier. However, refunds are often processed much faster. This estimated time frame includes:
