The 5-Year Warranty applies only to genuine Papatya latex pillows purchased directly from Thai Latex Pillow or its authorized distributors. Pillows purchased from any other sellers or platforms are not covered under this warranty.

All authentic Papatya pillows purchased from Thai Latex Pillow or its authorized distributors include a unique serial number label attached to the handle of the product packaging.
